I wake up, take 2 capsules with a glass/bottle of water (capsules stay right on my nightstand). I wait about 20 minutes, get out of bed and then take my powder?

I’ve been going through a very stressful time the past couple of months as I have a lot of life decisions to make.
One decision I am really glad I made was partnering up with Northestar as I am 53 and was feeling really lethargic and had put on a few pounds at the beginning of the year and had no energy at all. It was making me really depressed.
